Important pre-launch qualification

The operator's current ONRC certificate supplied for this review lists CAEN 7020 and 7499. TCM is a materially different digital-platform activity. Under OUG 44/2008, an additional economic activity must be registered/authorised before it is carried on. The appropriate CAEN Rev.3 class must be confirmed with ONRC/accountant/legal counsel before live monetisation; this pack does not select the class as a legal conclusion.
